Priprema:
Otopiti margarin i čokoladu na pari. Postepeno dodavati jedno po jedno žumance i između dodavanja mešati. Posebno umutiti belance. Umućena belanca pomešati sa toplim filom od čokolade. Sipa se u čašice ili šoljice i stavi se u frižider, kad se izvade iz frižidera ukrasiti svežim voćem po želji.
