Slane palačinke spremne za 10 minuta


Recept za palačinke koje se prave bukvalno za 10 minuta. Napravite smesu i u nju ubacite povrće koje volite pa ispecite, kako to inače radite. Oduševiće vas jer nećerte morati da ih filujete, sve je već u testu, a poslužiti ih možete uz sir ili pavlaku.


2 jaja
1,5 kašičice soli
1 kašika kristal šećera
1 kašika suvog kvasca
1,5 šolje toplog mleka (300 ml)
1,5 šolje tople vode (300 ml)
3,5 šolje brašna (450 g)
1 luk
1 crvena paprika
1 paradajz
2 praziluka
1 šolja rendanog krompira
kukuruz šećerac
ulje za prženje

Umutite jaja pa dodajte so, šećer, kvasac, toplo mleko, i toplu vodu pa promešajte. Dodajte brašno pa ponovo promešajte. Pokrijte testo i ostavite sa strane dok pripremite nadev.

Luk, praziluk, papriku, paradajz, peršun isecite sitno. Krompir izrendajte. Povrće dodajte prethodnoj smesi pa promešajte. Ne zaboravite i kukuruiz šećerac. Podmažite tiganj za palačinke i pecite sa obe strane. Servirajte uz pavlaku ili sir.
