Za svaki razgovor, trud, zalaganje i dugodišnje prijateljstvo pevač se zajedno sa svojim članovima porodice revaširao iznenađenjem i poklonom o kojem je fotograf dugo maštao. Mada je jedva uspeo da sakrije šta sprema, Saša je na kraju uspeo da u tajnosti obavi kupovinu automobila i svog prijatelja obraduje kako bi u rodnom kraju imao šta da vozi.
– Tačno je, za 70. rođendan poklonio mi je Ladu Nivu, zato što u Crnoj Travi samo Ladom Nivom možeš da se voziš. Znao je da sam pre imao takav auto u selu, ali sam ga poklonio jer je bio krš. U međuvremenu sam hteo drugi da kupim, ali mi je on pre dve godine obećao da će on to učiniti. Ma, reko gde ćeš ti da mi kupiš, pusti, ali eto, desilo se – priča čuveni fotograf i priznaje da je iznenađenjem koji su mu spremili Matići i sam bio zatečen.
– Nisam ni znao šta spremaju. Pozvao sam ih u restoran na ručak koji sam organizovao i pred početak samo mi je rečeno da izađem ispred. Kad su me izveli, sa strane vidim da stoji njegova Anđa (prim.aut supruga), mala Tara (prim.aut ćerka) drži fotoaparat, hor peva rođendansku pesmu, a sa leve strane mašina za Crnu Travu – zahvalno i krpoz osmeh kaže Munja.
Priznaje da ga je gest porodice Matić duboko dirnuo, a ono što ga posebno raduje je to što je Saša prihvatio svaku reč, savet i kritiku koju mu je za 20 godina karijere uputio.
– Dosta sam mu pričao o estradi, umeli smo da razgovaramo i po pet, šest sati i danas sam kaže da sam mu u tim našim dugim razgovorima objasnio piramidu uspeha. Rekao sam mu da mora da ide stepenik, po stepenik i da kad dođe na vrh da će tu duvati razni vetrovi, a da on mora da se održi. Ja sam od početka verovao u njega, a on je bio vrlo zahvalan i dan danas je – istakao je čuveni fotograf.
Podsećamo, povodom Munjinog rođendana i Grandova ekipa priredila mu je žurku iznenađenja koja ga je ganula . Ipak, posebne emocije izazvao je video u kojem su poznate ličnosti govorile o njegovom radu i saradnji koja traje punih 50 godina.
